Shipping, returns and care for your Celva pieces.
Shipping
We deliver to Douala (1-2 days), Yaoundé (2-3 days) and across Cameroon (3-7 days). Fees and times are calculated by your zone at checkout.
Delivery is free above a zone-dependent threshold. You can also pick up your order for free at the Celva Store in Bonapriso, Douala.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days, on unworn, unwashed items with their tags. Contact us via the Contact page to arrange a return. Made-to-measure (Studio) pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Care
Most of our pieces can be hand-washed or machine-washed at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Avoid the tumble dryer; dry flat or on a hanger, away from direct sunlight.
Iron on medium heat, inside out. For delicate or embroidered fabrics, prefer dry cleaning. Careful care preserves the colours and shape of your pieces.
