Terms of sale

These terms govern sales on celva.store, operated by Celva Design SARL.

Orders

Orders placed on the site are firm once payment is validated. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Accepted: Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, cash on delivery (subject to zone and cap). All prices include VAT, in XAF.

Lead times and fees depend on the zone (Douala, Yaoundé, National). Tracking is sent by email and SMS.

You have 14 days to return an unworn item with its tag. Refund within 7 days of receipt.
